About

KRLS is a pixel font inspired by the caroline minuscule script style, which was widely used in medieval europe from 800 to 1200. The KRLS pixel font is named after Charlemagne's - Charles the Great, latin: Carolus Magnus - signature, as he strongly supported the creation of a new standard script that would be more legible than roman and merovingian scripts.
